Moureen Agnes Nabukenya

Moureen Agnes Nabukenya leads performer training at Rockies Organization, overseeing the structured development of artistic skills, discipline, and professional standards among members of Bantu Cultural Troupe. She joined the organization in 2013 as a beneficiary and has since grown into a leadership role through long-term mentorship rom the organization, her own hard work, practical experience, and formal training.
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Makerere University, equipping herself with strong theoretical and practical foundations in music education, performance, and training methodologies. Her academic training directly informs the design and delivery of performer-focused training programs within the organization.
In her role, Moureen coordinates rehearsals, supports skills development for singers and dancers, and mentors emerging performers to balance artistic excellence with personal growth and professionalism. Her leadership contributes to the organization’s goal of building a well-trained, disciplined, and sustainable performing arts workforce.Â
