Joyce Patricia Nabukenya serves as the Finance and Administration Manager at Rockies Organization. She joined the organization in 2017 as a beneficiary and has progressed into management through structured mentorship, progressive responsibility, and institutional capacity development.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Office and Information Management at Makerere University Business School (MUBS), equipping her with strong competencies in records management, office systems, and organizational governance. The organization is supporting her to undertake further professional training in Financial Management to strengthen her role. Her academic pursuits strengthen her contribution to internal controls, documentation, and administrative coordination.

In addition to her academic training, Joyce manages Mukisa Foods, a community-based food business, giving her practical experience in financial management, operations, compliance with basic business procedures, and basic entrepreneurship. At Rockies Organization, she supports financial management, operational planning & reporting, record keeping, and the implementation of internal administrative systems.
