Julius Bakyayita

Julius Bakyayita is the Program Officer for Education Sponsorships and Partnerships at Rockies Organization. He is a choreographer, performing artist, multi-instrumentalist, and painter with extensive experience in youth development, cultural programming, and project coordination.
He has worked with Rockies Organization since 2014 in various capacities, including performing artist and programs support, contributing to the design and implementation of education sponsorship initiatives and other partnership-driven programs. Julius led the “When Mujjaguzo Sounds” project, which focused on preserving and transmitting traditional cultural knowledge to younger generations.
Julius has international experience, having worked as an entertainer and performance lead in Dubai, and has served as a Global Youth Ambassador with Theirworld, supporting education advocacy and youth engagement initiatives. He holds a Diploma and Certificate in Information Technology from Buganda Royal Institute of Business and Technical Education, strengthening his capacity in program coordination, documentation, and partnership engagement.
His work reflects a strong commitment to expanding access to education, building strategic partnerships, and using the arts as a catalyst for youth empowerment and social transformation.
