Mikeila Nakimuli is the Welfare Officer at Rockies Organization. She joined Rockies Organization in 2015 and has since progressed from beneficiary to staff, gaining practical experience in welfare support, peer mentorship, and youth development.

Mikeila completed both her Ordinary and Advanced Level education with support from the organization and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business at Makerere University Business School (MUBS). Her academic training strengthens her contribution to welfare coordination, beneficiary support systems, and organizational administration.

In her role, Mikeila supports the well-being of beneficiaries, provides guidance to younger members, and helps foster a safe, supportive, and disciplined environment.
