Julius Mandela serves as the Stores Officer at Rockies Organization, responsible for the management, custody, and accountability of organizational assets, costumes, instruments, and supplies. He joined the organization in January 2019 as a beneficiary, growing into this role through mentorship and operational exposure.

He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at Muteesa I Royal University (Kampala Campus), with training relevant to inventory control, logistics, customer service, and operational systems. His academic background supports effective stores management, record-keeping, and coordination with program teams.

In his role, Julius oversees stock records, issuance and return of items, storage systems, and basic asset maintenance, contributing to transparency, efficiency, and resource protection within the organization. His professional growth shows another example of Rockies’ commitment to internal capacity building and institutional strengthening.
