Viktoria Neményi

Viktoria is a German–Hungarian professional with a strong academic and practical background in international communication, languages, and business administration. She holds a Double Master of Arts in Languages and Business Administration (German–Chinese), completed in cooperation with Tianjin Foreign Studies University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Intercultural Linguistics, majoring in English and French with a minor in Chinese.
She currently works as a Plant Manager Assistant at Rehm Thermal Systems, based in China, where she supports operational coordination within an international manufacturing environment.
Previously, Viktoria worked with the WHZ Racing Team as a Marketing and Organization Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for creating newsletters and promotional materials using InDesign, sourcing sponsorships, maintaining the team’s website (TYPO3), and providing general organizational support.
In 2017, she completed an internship with MTA Network in Qingdao, China, focusing on labor market research and recruitment. Her responsibilities included sourcing candidates through job portals, universities, and social media platforms; conducting interviews with prospective interns; and independently preparing contracts and invoices.
Earlier in her career, Viktoria served as a tutor for international students at universities in Augsburg and Zwickau, Germany. She supported students in navigating university life, assisted with administrative and official procedures, and facilitated intercultural and language exchange.
Viktoria is passionate about connecting people across cultures and finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on others. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new places, hiking, swimming, and meeting new people. A personal favorite: pancakes.
